Some pages exist because they have to. This is one of them — but that doesn’t mean it has to be unreadable.
This page covers two distinct but related areas: our position on copyright and intellectual property under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and UK equivalent frameworks, and a series of disclaimers that set honest expectations about how our service works, what we’re responsible for, and what falls outside our remit. If you’ve already read our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, some of this will feel familiar in tone. Good. Consistency matters.
Read this page. It protects you as much as it protects us.
Part One: DMCA & Copyright Notice
Our Position on Intellectual Property
British IPTV Reseller operates as an independent IPTV panel reseller. We provide reseller credits and panel access to individuals and businesses. We do not produce, host, store, stream, broadcast, or cache any video content, television channels, films, sporting events, or any other media on our own servers or infrastructure.
That distinction is important — legally and practically.
Intellectual property law in the United Kingdom, the United States, the European Union, and most international jurisdictions protects original creative works from unauthorised reproduction or distribution. We take those protections seriously. Our platform is not designed to circumvent copyright, and we do not condone its misuse by any party operating within our reseller network.
What the DMCA Covers
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act — enacted in the United States in 1998 — established legal frameworks around online copyright infringement, including safe harbour provisions for intermediaries that act in good faith to address infringement claims. While British IPTV Reseller is a UK-based operation, we recognise the DMCA as an internationally respected standard and align our process with its provisions alongside the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and related EU directives.
If you are a copyright holder, or an authorised representative acting on behalf of one, and you believe that content accessible through any service associated with our platform infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice to us.
How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
A valid DMCA notice must include the following information. Incomplete submissions cannot be actioned and will be returned for clarification.
Your notice must contain:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorised representative. A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed — be specific. A description of the material you believe is infringing, including enough detail for us to locate it. Your contact information — full name, email address, postal address, and telephone number. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on their behalf.
Submit your notice to us via the contact details listed on our website. We treat all properly submitted notices with urgency and will acknowledge receipt within five working days.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you are a reseller or user who believes that material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistaken or misidentified DMCA claim, you have the right to submit a counter-notice.
A valid counter-notice must include your electronic or physical signature, identification of the material that was removed and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, your name, address, and telephone number, and your consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate legal venue.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will review the claim and may restore access to the disputed material after the legally mandated waiting period, unless the original complainant confirms they have initiated court proceedings.
Repeat Infringer Policy
British IPTV Reseller maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. Any reseller account or user found to be repeatedly involved in confirmed copyright infringement — whether through formal DMCA notices or independently verified evidence — will have their access permanently terminated without refund. This is not a discretionary measure. It is a standing policy applied consistently across all accounts.
This policy is outlined in greater detail in our Terms of Service.
Part Two: General Disclaimer
The Nature of Our Service
Everything stated in this disclaimer should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Together, these documents form the complete legal and operational framework governing your relationship with British IPTV Reseller.
Now — the disclaimers themselves.
No Endorsement of Content
British IPTV Reseller does not endorse, curate, moderate, or take editorial responsibility for any content that may be accessible through IPTV panels distributed via our reseller network. We are a panel access and credit distribution service. The content available through downstream IPTV services is entirely outside our control.
Any reference to specific channels, content categories, or streaming capabilities in our marketing materials reflects general industry context only and does not constitute a guarantee of specific content availability. Channel lineups, stream quality, and content libraries are subject to change by upstream providers without notice to us or to you.
No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service
We work hard to keep our panel services reliable and our reseller infrastructure stable. However, we cannot and do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service.
IPTV services by their nature are subject to factors beyond any single provider’s control — upstream server changes, ISP-level restrictions, regional network congestion, device compatibility shifts, and regulatory developments can all affect service availability at any time. As detailed in our Refund Policy, service interruptions caused by these factors do not automatically qualify for compensation or refunds.
Accuracy of Information on This Website
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information published on the British IPTV Reseller website — including service descriptions, pricing, and technical specifications — is accurate and current. However, errors can occur. Pricing, package inclusions, and availability are subject to change, and we recommend always checking our Pricing Page for the most current information before placing an order.
Nothing on this website should be construed as a legally binding offer unless confirmed in writing as part of a formal order or agreement.
Legal Use Is Your Responsibility
This point deserves repetition. The legal status of IPTV reselling and subscription services varies significantly by country, region, and jurisdiction. What is straightforwardly permissible in one territory may be subject to restriction, licensing requirements, or outright prohibition in another.
British IPTV Reseller does not provide legal advice. We do not assess the regulatory environment of your specific jurisdiction on your behalf. It is entirely your responsibility — as a reseller, customer, or end user — to determine whether your use of IPTV panel services is compliant with applicable law in your location.
If you are uncertain, we strongly recommend seeking independent legal advice before purchasing or reselling IPTV services. Our Terms of Service expand on this obligation in detail.
External Links Disclaimer
Our website may include links to third-party websites, tools, payment processors, or partner platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. British IPTV Reseller does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, security practices, or privacy policies of any external website.
Clicking through to a third-party site is at your own discretion and risk. Please review the privacy and terms documentation of any external platform before submitting personal data or completing a transaction.
Affiliate and Commercial Relationships
Where British IPTV Reseller maintains commercial relationships with third-party panel providers, technology platforms, or service partners, those relationships do not influence the honesty or accuracy of the information we publish. We are committed to transparency in all commercial arrangements. If you have a specific question about a commercial relationship that may affect information published on this site, you are welcome to contact us directly.
Limitation on Liability — Reinforced
As stated in our Terms of Service, British IPTV Reseller’s liability in any matter is limited to the value of the specific transaction in dispute. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of any claim — contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses including but not limited to lost business revenue, reputational damage, data loss, or costs incurred as a result of relying on information published on this website.
Part Three: A Note on Transparency
We want to say something directly, without the filter of legal language.
The IPTV industry is complicated. There are grey areas in how certain services operate, how content is sourced and distributed, and how resellers interact with end users across different regulatory environments. We operate in that landscape, and we don’t pretend otherwise.
What we do is run a legitimate, registered reseller operation with real people behind it, real customer relationships, and a genuine commitment to operating as responsibly as the industry allows. The documents on this site — this page, our Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy — are not written to hide behind. They’re written to be honest about how things work.
If you have questions that aren’t answered here, or concerns about how a specific part of our service intersects with copyright or legal compliance, reach out. We’d rather have that conversation openly than leave things to assumption.
